Tansho Shinjitsu Erizawa was born in California during the Winter of 1990.
At an early age he was interested in the arts, drawing anything and everything his young mind could imagine. However as he moved away from California, his artistic talents faded and his focus turned towards his other passion: Entomology. Studying Insects and Arachnids during his free time, he considered making it a full-time career as he got older.Things changed however once he began writing short stories and fan-fictions. Learning art so he could draw the characters he envisioned, he picked up a pencil and paper and never looked back.
At the age of 16 he abandoned fan-fictions for his own original work and started writing his first novel, a project that is still in-process. As time went by his artwork progressed and he decided to begin collaboratng with other artists and friends who shared his vision. In Mid 2007 he formed "Project-WasteLanders Productions", a psuedo-company consisting of artists, animators, and writers who occasionally collaborated together to create new and interesting projects. The company lasted nearly a year before growing into stagnation. In late 2008 Tansho pronounced Project-WasteLanders "dead" and closed the company. However not all was lost as not long a after he, along with the only remaning member of Project-WasteLanders, formed a new company. "Angry Kitty Studios" was to be what Project-WasteLanders could only hope to be, a large collaboration of artists of both creative and musical talent doing what they do best. AKS strives to encourage personal creativity along with Team Work as members are asked not to give up their passions, but only to contribute work to the company occasionally and to give credit to AKS. Tansho hopes that Angry Kitty Studios will one day be the launching pad to his own projects and sets out to make a name for not only himself, but everyone else who helps and joins him along the way.
In June 8th, 1989 Matthew Garrett DiBenedetti was born in
By the age of six he received his first guitar. He was so excited by it that he would often run around the house with it, but one day he accidentally sat on it, breaking it permanently. Seven years later his grandfather gave him his current guitar which he has gone to great lengths to keep in good condition. He didn’t just stop at music, however. A few years later, he became interested in computers, especially graphic design arts such as Photoshop. Then one day he met Tansho Erizawa and showed him some of his digital work. Tansho was impressed with his art and offered him a spot in his, at the time, brand new company, “Angry Kitty Studios.” Ever since then he has been a strong supporting member, adding his talents in music, art, and business to the company, becoming a valuable asset to AKS. His position is the second highest in the company alongside co-founder Reese Harris, and he conferences with Tansho and other members to discuss new ideas and plans for the Studios’ future.
